4 – Futebol & Drinks - Soccer on Maracanã Stadium + Cold beer with Locals
Tour Duration: from 5 to 6 hours
You have not lived "futebol" (soccer) until you see a live game at the Maracanã stadium. Being able to hold 90.000 fans and having 3 local teams call it home, it would be easy to believe that there's not that many fans to fill it up. But you couldn't be more wrong! It's not only soccer, it's a big and loud party of soccer lovers singing and shouting for their teams. We get there earlier to be sure we find a good spot (seats are not numbered). It's nice to arrive at least one hour before the start of the game. Considering that and the traffic, we'll pick you up 2 hours before the referee whistles and the ball starts to roll on the field. After the match we'll take you for a cold beer with the locals (optional included)! Good fun!
Group size: Maximum 12 people
Included: Transportation, soccer game tickets and English or French speaking guide.
Recommendations: Bring money for lunch and drinks. Casual wear (watch for colours of the local team playing!)
